Refund Policy

Advertisements are sold through the site (www.homeandgardening.co.uk) as subscriptions, with each subscription period renewing after the purchased period. When you purchase an advertisement you are setting up a recurring payment that will continue to automatically renew and re-bill at the end of the advertising period until it is canceled.

 

If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must do so at least 24 hours before the date it is scheduled to automatically renew and re-bill. This can be done by emailing info@homeandgardening.co.uk or stopping your renewal subscription through your PayPal account.

 

Refund Requests
If you do not cancel your subscription on time, we will consider a refund request for Recurring Payments on a case by case basis. You will need to ensure you make your refund request within 30 days of your renewal date for a refund. After 30 days we may also offer a credit towards future advertising on www.homeandgardening.co.uk
