Dame Helen Mirren  - Chelsea Flower Show 2013 Visited the Burncoose stand which was designed to show how a garden exhibit would have been seen in the early days of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

Ringo Starr Chelsea Flowers Show 2013

Ringo Starr and his wife Barbara Bach opened the Water Aid garden which was inspired by Water Aids good work within India. He was quick to highlight how clean drinkable water is essential and we should all concentrate on this as a basic human need that should be filled.

Ringo said that he was first introduced to the RHS flower show by his friend and former band member George Harrison. He has been visiting the show ever since. He finds the gardens incredible and said that the designers are all world class and very talented. Ringo was in good spirits with many amusing comments.
