Having already gained the internationally recognised reddot design award for 2012, the nx902 range from next125 has been awarded further accolades for design innovation by the German Design Council.
NX902 has been awarded the Design Council Interior Innovation Awards, sponsored by the imm Cologne Trade Fair, for both the innovative wall hung design and furniture style island unit. The wall-mounted system was additionally honoured with the Interior Innovation BEST OF THE BEST award.
This award recognises first class innovative achievement and is one of the most renowned design awards in the interior furnishing industry worldwide. The NX902 is the perfect example of the design standard and innovation shown across the next125 and handless nextline collections.
"For the next-collection the award is an appreciation for the first-class development work showing that next125 stands for high quality and unique products", says Markus Schüller, company director of the Schüller Möbelwerk KG.
The innovative wall hung kitchen system is combined with an island unit made from a sliver thin natural grey ash workbench with a 13mm ceramic top. The base units seem to float over the floor and cleverly conceal all electrical cables. Beautiful tempered glass doors are finished with a metal edge and available in a satin opaque glass finish or high gloss in lava black, Polaris white, magnolia and stone grey.
The range is available with flush handles and in a handleless version in next line and features the next Primus push pull system and LED ‘Swing' lighting where light can be directed at the task or to create ambience.
